Coast Resort & Suites in Grand Cayman, is Cayman's newest
dive resort located on the Northwest shore of Boatswains Bay,
just a few miles north of bustling Seven Mile Beach, near the
Turtle Farm and in a secluded tranquil setting, with a spectacular
view overlooking the inviting waters of the Caribbean.
Built in the style of a Caribbean Great House, the Resort has
already established a reputation for laid back comfort since opening
in December 2000. Cobalt Coast successfully combines the friendly
simplicity of Island life with modern facilities and European
style. Fabrics from Finland as well as fixtures from Holland complement
the fully air conditioned rooms and suites. Accommodation ranges
from one and two bedroom suites to charming detached villas, ocean
view guest rooms and garden view rooms. A dedicated professional
staff is on hand to make sure your stay is as comfortable and
enjoyable as possible.
Facilities include "Duppies" ocean front restaurant
& bar, a fresh water pool and Jacuzzi. A 120 ft. dock is located
in front of "Divetech" the on-site dive center making
shore diving available from your front door. Whether you enjoy
diving or snorkeling, accessing the warm, pristine waters from
the dock into our own 'aquarium' is a fabulous experience you
will never tire of. A rinse tank and dry-storage lockers for scuba
equipment are conveniently located between the dive center and
the hotel.
Accommodations: 18 Guestrooms, Suites & Villas featuring modern
Caribbean elegance. Spacious air-conditioned accommodations -
most of them with spectacular unobstructed views of the Ocean
- with either 1 King or 2 Full-Size Beds, Cable TV, Refrigerator,
Coffeemaker, direct-dial telephone with data port. One & Two
bedroom and bathroom suites with separate living rooms featuring
coffee table & chairs, dining table and chairs, wet bar (sink)
and Queen-Size sleeper sofa. Private two-bedroom and bathroom
Garden Villas available with fully equipped kitchen. All units
feature a full bath, including hairdryers.

Directions - (view map) Cobalt Coast Resort is located on the Northwest shore of Boatswains Bay. To get here, you follow West Bay Road all the way to the North of Seven Mile Beach until the 4-way stop in West Bay. From there you can go straight (to Hell or the Turtle Farm) or take a right onto West Church Street. If you take a right, you will see the West Bay Police Station on the right. Take a left onto Reverend Blackman Road. At the second street to the right, turn right onto Stadium Road which merges with Birch Tree Hill Road - on the way to Papagallo's Restaurant. You follow Birch Tree Hill Road past the Soccer Stadium (1 mile), then take a left on to Andresen Road, which runs parallel to the ocean and becomes Sea Fan Drive. Cobalt Coast Resort is at the end of this road, on the right.
